Kevin brings a deep background in successfully growing investor-backed, innovative healthcare companies. Immediately prior to joining Renalogic, he was President of population health for a technology company, Azara Healthcare. Previously he has served as CEO and in other executive positions at a variety of pioneering healthcare companies including Allscripts (NASDAQ: MDRX), ZirMed (now Waystar), and Valence Health (now part of Evolent Health (NYSE: EVH). Kevin joined Renalogic in July 2021 and serves on the company’s Board of Directors.

Mark joined Renalogic in 2018, bringing with him over 23 years of diversified healthcare experience that includes operations, commerical, marketing, corporate and business development, product & Service development, mergers and acquisitions. His academic credentials include earning a B.A. and Master of Business Administration from Baylor University. As President, Mark leads Renalogic’s entire Operational Team, Quality, Corporate Strategy, IT/Data/Reporting, Relationship Management, Implementation and the delivery of Renalogic’s Impact Suite.

Kyle has been with Renalogic since 2021 and brings more than 15 years’ experience leading finance for large companies in the services industry, including one of the largest independent third-party administrators (TPAs) in the US. He has effectively converted business and financial data into strategy. Kyle’s proven history of implementing process improvements and optimizing financial results benefits Renalogic and our clients.

Craig joined Renalogic following its combination with Specialty Care Management (SCM), where he served as Chief Executive Officer and helped establish the company as a recognized leader in specialty cost management for self-funded employer health plans. Having joined SCM in 2008, Craig played a key role in the company’s growth, leading commercial strategy, product innovation, and corporate development through its successful integration with Renalogic.

With more than 15 years of experience in the self-funded employee benefits market, Craig brings deep expertise in specialty cost containment, underwriting, payer strategy, distribution partnerships, and go-to-market execution. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, developed innovative cost and risk management solutions for self-funded employers, and led growth strategies that deliver measurable financial value for clients, partners, and stakeholders.

As Chief Growth Officer, Craig leads Renalogic’s enterprise growth strategy, overseeing commercial operations, sales, strategic partnerships, marketing, and business development while driving market expansion and advancing Renalogic’s leadership in specialty cost and risk management solutions for self-funded employer health plans.

Dr. Ginsberg joined Renalogic as Chief Medical Officer in 2012 and has been instrumental in developing algorithms to identify undiagnosed renal patients and protocols to help prevent the progression of renal disease. Dr. Ginsberg served as Chairman of the Department of Nephrology at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London, CT and Backus Hospital in Norwich, CT. He also served as medical director of two dialysis units. Dr. Ginsberg has been involved in multiple quality improvement roles including chair of the Medical Advisory Council of the Forum of ESRD Networks and as chair of the Medical Review Board of the ESRD Network of New England.

John has practiced law since 1985 and has been the principal legal advisor to the Company since it was founded. His practice has emphasized representation of and advocacy for self-insured plans as well as health information technology. He worked in major national law and consulting firms as well as his own law practice, and in 2021 joined Renalogic as Executive Vice President of Legal Risk and Strategy. He is responsible for legal risk and compliance, legal research and analysis, support, and quality assurance in the development and implementation of Renalogic’s services. This includes expert support and analysis on all issues related to dialysis cost containment and chronic kidney disease management, from ERISA and other plan administration and appeals to ACA reforms, Medicare Secondary Payor act, state licensing and payment laws, and PPO and other network contract drafting and interpretation.

Cheryl joined the Renalogic team in 2014 as a Reporting Analyst bringing with her 20 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle data experience. She has focused her tenure at Renalogic around growing the development and data management activities and building out data integration to support Renalogic’s digital transformation.

Tommy joined Renalogic in 2019, bringing many years of broad-based leadership experience ranging from sales, operations and healthcare higher education. He has worked in several areas of Renalogic including Client Services, Sales Operations and now Sales Leadership. Tommy works closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and other Executive Team members focused on company growth, client acquisition strategy and business development.

Susan brings over a decade of experience leading large scale healthcare programs in complex technical environments. As SVP of Operations, Susan leads the product side of the business, which includes Clinical, Cost Containment Offerings, and Service Excellence teams to drive maximum value for program participants and clients.  Prior to joining Renalogic, Susan served as Market President at Evolent Health running operations, service delivery and program performance for Medicaid and commercial health plan payer clinical and administrative programs.   She began her career in management consulting after studying business at Boston University.

Brittany joined Renalogic in 2019 and has spent the last 9 years in patient advocacy and plan navigation. With a passion for improving patient outcomes and a deep understanding of the complexities of healthcare, Brittany leads a team of nurses that are instrumental in guiding members through the healthcare system and ensuring they receive the care they need. The ImpactAdvocate team is committed to empowering members, advocating for their best interests, and helping them navigate barriers that they encounter.

Kea joined Renalogic, Inc. in 2007 as the Cost Containment Program Manager. In April 2009 she took on the role of Director of Client Services and Compliance which allowed her to be on the front lines in the development and growth of Renalogics dialysis cost containment products. In 2021 Kea moved to the role of Senior Director of Compliance, with a recent title change in 2023 to Senior Director of Risk and Compliance where she provides project management for SOC2, corporate compliance audits and vendor management. In addition, Kea manages the oversight of provider appeals, cost containment risk management, plan document review and acts as the corporate legal assistant. A new role on the forefront for her is project management for NCQA.

Kristi joined Renalogic in 2024 and has dedicated over 20 years to healthcare. She is a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager who has comprehensive experience in Critical Care and Clinical Care Management. Prior to joining Renalogic, she served as a senior leader for a TPA contributing to service delivery and administering care management solutions. Kristi leads a team of nurses who are passionate about providing quality care to their members and supporting them through their healthcare journey.

Sally has been with Renalogic since 2010, bringing with her over a decade of healthcare program management. Sally is an integral part of our success as she consistently addresses our company’s most prioritized needs from idea to successful completion. In addition to her role as the Vice President Projects and Quality, Sally works with fellow Executive Team members to identify, define, and execute strategic and organizational health initiatives.

Henry is a seasoned IT professional who joined the Renalogic team in 2008 and is the original infrastructure architect/creator. Henry has worn many IT hats for Renalogic including system administration, network engineering and cybersecurity and has worked to bring Renalogic from the 10 user network to its present enterprise cloud based network. He brings with him 40 years in the telephony Information Technology and continues to help drive the Renalogic digital transformation.
