Kevin brings a deep background in successfully growing investor-backed, innovative healthcare companies. Immediately prior to joining Renalogic, he was President of population health for a technology company, Azara Healthcare. Previously he has served as CEO and in other executive positions at a variety of pioneering healthcare companies including Allscripts (NASDAQ: MDRX), ZirMed (now Waystar), and Valence Health (now part of Evolent Health (NYSE: EVH). Kevin joined Renalogic in July 2021 and serves on the company’s Board of Directors.

Mark joined Renalogic in 2018, bringing with him over 23 years of diversified healthcare experience that includes operations, sales & marketing, product development, mergers and acquisitions. His academic credentials include earning a B.A. and Master of Business Administration. As President, Mark leads Renalogic’s Product and Process teams, which include Quality, Strategy, IT and Data, Cost Containment, and the Kidney Dialysis Avoidance Program (KDAP).

Scott is an experienced entrepreneur and operator of investor-backed healthcare companies. In August 2021, Scott joined Renalogic as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to Renalogic, Scott drove an industry-wide effort to redefine the physician referral management process as Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Fibroblast, Inc., a venture-funded company he led from concept to successful acquisition by Cerner Corporation (NASDAQ: CERN) in October 2020. Scott began his career as an attorney representing Fortune 1000 companies and financial services firms in complex commercial litigation.

Dr. Ginsberg joined Renalogic as Chief Medical Officer in 2012 and has been instrumental in developing algorithms to identify undiagnosed renal patients and protocols to help prevent progression of renal disease. Dr. Ginsberg served as Chairman of the Department of Nephrology at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London, CT and Backus Hospital in Norwich, CT. He also served as medical director of two dialysis units.

In 2021, John was named Executive Vice President of Legal Risk and Strategy. He is responsible for legal risk and compliance, legal research and analysis, support, and quality assurance in the development and implementation of Renalogic’s services. This includes expert support and analysis on all issues related to dialysis cost containment and chronic kidney disease management, from ERISA plan administration and appeals to PPACA reforms affecting cost containment options, Medicare Secondary Payor, state licensing and payment laws, and PPO and other network contract drafting and interpretation.

In August 2021, Kyle joined Renalogic as the company’s Vice President of Finance. Kyle brings more than 15 years’ experience leading finance for large companies in the services industry, including one of the largest independent third-party administrators (TPAs) in the US. He has effectively converted business and financial data into strategy. Kyle’s proven history of implementing process improvements and optimizing financial results benefits Renalogic and our clients.

Sally has been with Renalogic since 2010, bringing with her over a decade of healthcare program management. Sally is an integral part of our success as she consistently addresses our company’s most prioritized needs from idea to successful completion. In addition to her role as the Vice President Projects and Quality, Sally works with fellow Executive Team members to identify, define, and execute strategic and organizational health initiatives.

Forrest joined Renalogic in 2021 as Vice President of Data and Technology. Forrest is an Information Technology leader with more than 20 years’ experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors. Prior to joining Renalogic, Forrest served as Director of Information Technologies for Evolution Health, Director of Operations for Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance and as a Customer Engagement Executive for GuideIt. Forrest has a strong background in compliance, security, network architecture, and innovative technology solutions.
