How It Works
RenalAdvocate identifies at-risk members through a comprehensive clinical review of claims. This data-driven approach is supported by a dedicated team that meets weekly to ensure every member receives specialized clinician oversight, while a specialized Emergent Task Force proactively identifies those in need of immediate, early intervention. How It Works

RenalAdvocate’s risk review service leverages a combination of algorithms, member-supplied qualitative data, provider-supplied medical records and data, and a detailed clinical review of claims to identify at-risk members.

The RenalAdvocate team meets weekly to evaluate members, ensuring they are under specialized clinician oversight.

RenalAdvocate also has an Emergent Task Force team that meets regularly to identify members who are at-risk for emergent care and in need of early intervention.

Concierge Services
Our goal is to make it easier for members to get the right care. Members that are a part of the RenalAdvocate program will be coached to figure out the best place for dialysis based on their needs. Our nurses conduct calls via phone or video based off the members preference.

- Work with Nephrologists: We coordinate directly with the member's nephrologist to ensure each member gets the care they need.
