BEST PRACTICES, DIALYSIS RISK MANAGEMENT UPDATE WEBINAR
We’ll discuss plan language approaches and risk to plans based on recent court rulings during this webinar. Renalogic EVP of Sales and Marketing, Jim Wachtel, will serve as moderator of the legal conversation with experts John Christiansen and Mary Stoll. Last month the team discussed Davita v. Marietta Hospital ruling out of the 6th circuit court. Now, two new rulings chalk up a big win for the Renalogic plan language and puts many plans using alternative methodologies at serious legal risk.
